I started in the wedding industry in 2010 as a planner, and by 2015, I had shifted my focus to designing wedding flowers after spending a few years taking workshops and designing for family and friends. My passion for planning, nature and design is perfectly wrapped up in my role as creative director of Forever Wildfield and I truly get to live out one my dreams growing my business. I live in Guelph, ON with my husband James, daughter Charlotte, and our furry friends Oliver, Fluffy, and Pearla. When I'm not at the studio working, you can find me on hiking trails, at the beach, or in the garden
favourite part of my job?
The favourite part of my job is equal parts dreaming up your floral design and being witness to the gasps and, often, happy tears on the day of the wedding! Happy tears are the highest compliment we could receive as designers and it lets me know that you feel celebrated!

The Wildfield story
Founded in 2015, the inspiration for Forever Wildfield stems from my childhood home. There were plenty of fields for running, trees for climbing, and gardens to play (and work) in. While not a refined, manicured land, it was where my love of nature was truly nurtured. It's where I learned about flowers and uncovered my love for seeing things grow and flourish. There is something so wonderful about utilizing flowers to create an arrangement that will evoke so much more emotion for the recipient. The truth is, flowers say a lot of things we may have difficulty saying in our own words. We use them to convey messages of joy, compassion, appreciation, empathy, sorrow, and love. They inspire us to enjoy the moment and share in that joy with others. With our floral studio now located in Guelph, Ontario, naming my business Forever Wildfield is my way of honouring my roots and sharing who I am with all of my clients during such a joyful time in their own lives

We specialize in nature-inspired floral design, combined with thoughtfully curated details for your wedding day celebration. With an artistic approach and an affinity for colour, our designs draw inspiration from the subtle hues, textures, and changing seasons that exist in nature to create unique and dimensional arrangements. We truly believe each and every stem we work with expresses it’s own unique personality, and therefore, we consider it our mission to design and place each bloom with a purpose that demonstrates this uniqueness. Our designs will always have a romantic and timeless style to them, while periodically infusing some modern moments. They are free flowing with a natural shape. We strive to minimize waste, source locally when possible, and work with eco-positive mechanics whenever the design permits it
