hi! I'm alex

Marina & Luke celebrated their wedding at Elora Mill Hotel & Spa with a refined and personalized design, surrounded by their loved ones and lots of fluffy flowers! Featured in Style Me Pretty, the couple gave their closest family and friends a reason to celebrate post-pandemic and did so in such a personalized, thoughtful, and sweet way. Every detail was meticulously planned by Kirsten of Nobl Events and Eric Cheng was there to capture it all.

The First Look

Marina & Luke spent the morning getting ready in their Elora Mill Hotel & Spa suites, which made for a perfect opportunity to get individual portraits and capture those blissful moments before becoming seeing each other during their first look overlooking the Grand River. Scheduling in a first look is a great way to get some of those initial nerves out of the way. It will also give you a more relaxed experience taking photos before the ceremony.

The Flowers

The flowers were made of coloured baby’s breath base for all of the arrangements, which were then accented with tones of blush, soft peach, a hint of lilac. The fluffy cloud-vibe throughout all of the designs, with all of their other decor selections from Simply Beautiful Decor, made for the dreamiest setting to celebrate!

The Reception Reveal

Following their ceremony, we scheduled a reception room reveal before guests would enter. This allows the couple to take in all of their details they spent months planning. It’s one thing to know what you’ve selected for your design and hope it all comes together, but it’s a completely different experience seeing it all in person for the first time before guests start coming into the space. We highly recommend scheduling a room reveal for your reception when you can! The feeling, the experience, the photos that are captured; all of it is truly priceless. By looking at these photos, you can tell how Marina & Luke felt about the finished celebration – it was a success and a memory they will carry for a lifetime!

Finally, these moody shots perfectly capture all the romance and joy that everyone was feeling the whole day. What better way to end such a beautiful day than by dancing the night away as newlyweds! Congratulations Marina & Luke!
