For Brittany and Brian’s special day, we had the pleasure of designing the most romantic flowers for their Elora Mill wedding. Viewing the images from their photo gallery, made all of our hearts feel warm and cozy. With the help of their planner Narelle Janine Events, this wedding at Elora Mill Hotel & Spa last spring was truly memorable and a wonderful, love-filled celebration!
Caramel, Blush & Cream Romantic Wedding Flowers
The earthy tone florals that were used throughout the designs complimented the venue’s natural charm perfectly. Some of the florals we used included peonies, ranunculus, anemones, quicksand roses, and delphinium. We also used toffee roses, mocha lisianthus, and brownies sweet pea to showcase an earthy tone throughout the arrangements.
To create visual interest throughout the reception room we used three styles of arrangements. On the round tables, we designed an all-around arrangement in a modern brass compote that was placed in the centre. For the harvest tables, we creating alternating tablescape designs by using elongated meadow arrangements or small two-sided compote arrangements with bud vases. Alternating complimentary arrangements throughout the tables in the room is great way to create visual interest and elevate the atmosphere. It keeps your guests’ eyes moving around the room, helping them take in all the special details of your day.
Wedding Romance on the Rooftop
When your venue has a rooftop terrace, you just have to take advantage! One of the many things that we enjoy about Elora Mill is that you gain private access to the rooftop terrace. This is such a beauty spot to enjoy with your guests and get some fresh air. These two even snuck up there together while the sun was setting to get some gorgeous shots! After their intimate moment together, their guests joined them and they celebrated the night away with sparklers and lots of love!
