An intimate Langdon Hall wedding, surrounded by loved ones, lots of flowers and the sunny outdoors, was all Kelsea and David needed to celebrate their love story. The blushing spring flowers, with a pop of blue, had us all falling in love with this day. It was all beautifully captured by Brittany Williams.
The Flowers
Kelsea and David’s wedding took place in late spring of 2021, giving us the opportunity to use all of the blooming spring flowers we could. The bride had requested a small, very textual posey bouquet with soft trailing ribbons. We used locally grown agrostemma, orlaya, ranunculus, and sweet pea to accent the astrantia and astilbe blooms that we used en masse to create the textural look. The ceremony flowers featured the same kind of flowers, highlighted by some show stopping blue delphinium.
Dinner for Two
Due to a pandemic lockdown, the couple was only permitted to have a small number of guests for their outdoor ceremony and then an intimate dinner for two afterwards. This was actually perfect for a couple of newlyweds! They danced, they laughed and enjoyed each other’s company, soaking in the first few hours of being official!
